The economic developments
prevailing in the world, in general, and in our kingdom, in particular, and the global system, our entrance in the third
millemium, the establishment of the Supreme Council Economic, and our membership in the International Trade Organization, which is becoming soon, imply that we have to exert more efforts to coup with those developments and changes.
